This notice explains which personal data the website www.amartist.it processes and why, under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
Simone Murtas, for AM Artist, LabVega, via La Vega 11, Cagliari, Italy. Email: info@amartist.it.
In short
- The site uses no profiling or analytics cookies and has no tracking tools: you do not need to give consent to visit it, and there is no cookie banner.
- There are no contact forms or sign-ups: if you want to write to us, use your own email.
- Fonts, images, videos and scripts are hosted on the site itself: opening a page sends no data to Google or other external services.
- Only a few videos are hosted by YouTube or Vimeo, and they load only if you click the dedicated button.
Browsing data
Like any website, the server hosting it (Aruba S.p.A., Italy) automatically records, for technical and security reasons, some data about every request: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device type.
This data is used to run and protect the site (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in security and proper operation). It is not used to identify or profile you, and the provider keeps it only for as long as strictly necessary.
Site language
The home page reads your browser’s language only to offer you the Italian or English version. This information stays on your device and is neither stored nor sent.
YouTube and Vimeo videos
Some pages offer a video hosted by YouTube or Vimeo. Nothing is loaded from these services until you click “Watch the video on YouTube” or “Watch the video on Vimeo”.
After the click, the page loads the YouTube player in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com), provided by Google. Google may receive your IP address and information about your device and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Processing is based on your consent, given by the click.
For Vimeo videos, after the click, the page loads the Vimeo player, provided by Vimeo.com, Inc. (United States), with a do-not-track request. Vimeo may still receive your IP address and information about your device and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy (vimeo.com/privacy). Here too, processing is based on your consent, given by the click, and may involve transferring data outside the European Union.
Links to external sites
Some pages contain links to partners’, festivals’ and social networks’ sites (for example Facebook). They are plain links: those sites process your data only if you open them, under their own policies.
If you write to us
If you write to info@amartist.it, we use your address and the content of your message only to reply (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use them for marketing and do not pass them to third parties. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and to comply with legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing, by writing to info@amartist.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Changes
If the site changes, for example by adding a contact form or analytics tools, we will update this notice and, if needed, ask for your consent.
